Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Sherman, TX is seeking a Shop Manager to lead one of our fast-paced service bays. No experience is required, as we provide PAID TRAINING to teach the Take 5 way of oil changes, inventory control, and crew supervision.

You'll hire and train crew, create schedules, monitor payroll, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure excellent customer service. The role offers a path to advancement and a compensation package that can reach $55k+ per year with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew.
• Ability to create crew schedules and submit payroll.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Create crew schedules & submit payroll.
• Control inventory: End of Period and End of Year counts.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Understand shop financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support crew with oil changes and light maintenance.
