Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and train crew, manage schedules, and oversee inventory and payroll. No experience required, with paid training and opportunities to move up quickly.

Earn up to $55k+ with bonuses, including benefits like health and 401(k) matching, and paid time off for full-time staff. This is a full-time on-site position in Snyder, TX, requiring physical work, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliability to maintain shop

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory, End of Period/End of Year inventory, and restocking as needed.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget usage.
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with light maintenance services.
