Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy service center. You’ll recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and shop budgets, and ensure top-quality oil change service. Experience is valued but not required; paid training is provided to accelerate growth in the Take 5 way.

Earn up to $55k+ per year with base pay and bonus opportunities. Full-time, on-site role with benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience are valued but not required.
• Ability to recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew members.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced auto service environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory including End of Period and End of Year inventories.
• Place product orders and restock inventory; manage shop financials and budgets.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support team performing oil changes and related services.
