Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team and uphold Take 5 standards for oil changes and light maintenance. Paid training will teach you the Take 5 way to manage a shop, change oil, replace wiper blades and perform basic services, with opportunities for rapid advancement.

The role emphasizes recruiting, scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, and exceptional customer service, with a clear path from Manager‑in‑Training to Shop Manager and a base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew members.
• Strong emphasis on customer service and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting EOP/EOY inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget.
