Responsibilities

• Answer all customer incoming calls.
• Direct all incoming calls to the proper department and staff members.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Cross-sell Occupational Health Services and Safety council services.
• Enter new accounts and protocols into OmniHealth and the EMR System.
• Maintain patient visit times by coordinating appointments and notifying staff of readiness.
• Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of information.
