Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-in/out, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, answering inquiries, and handling insurance verification and copays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Familiarity with medical coding practices and terminology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems; experience with Athena is a plus.
