Parsons is seeking a Director of Ohio Transportation Infrastructure to lead multi-discipline programs, oversee project profitability, and serve as the primary Parsons contact with ODOT. The role blends strategy, client management, and operations to deliver critical transportation projects in Ohio.

You will drive business development, manage staff, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with regional, national teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio.
• 20+ years of managing diverse transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading business development activities for transportation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue and profitability for the Ohio region.
• Lead staffing plans and hiring for Ohio projects and pursuits.
• Manage project delivery, schedules, and quality across Ohio operations.
• Develop and execute win strategies; lead proposals for Ohio pursuits.
• Maintain relationships with ODOT and other transportation stakeholders.
