Job summary

Modjeski and Masters, Inc is seeking a Regional Director in Ohio with ODOT experience to lead the Ohio Regional Business Unit. You’ll manage operations, secure staff, pursue projects, and engage in marketing to expand the firm’s footprint within Ohio.

You will interact with clients, lead multi-discipline teams, and guide project delivery while developing staff through the region. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Meet Level 2 Bridge Design per Ohio DOT requirements
• Registered Professional Engineer (Ohio)
• 15+ years of bridge design experience
• BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
• Strong operational and project management skills
• Strong relationships with regional owners, engineers, and contractors
• Knowledge of traditional and alternative project delivery methods
• Understanding of project development and marketing process
• Ability to develop labor estimates
• Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines and clients/subconsultants
• Comprehensive technical engineering knowledge, codes and current research

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate the Ohio Regional BU’s Operations
• Secure work and staff for the Ohio Regional BU
• Pursue projects for the Ohio Regional BU
• Contribute to marketing for the BU and company
• Deliver projects within the Ohio BU
• Develop staff professionally
