Fairfield Homes, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of apartment communities across Athens, Nelsonville, McArthur, Wellston, Oakhill, Pomeroy and New Lexington.

You will build a high-performing team, drive operational and financial results, and uphold our commitment to affordable housing. With at least five years in property management and three in a leadership role, you will optimize resident experiences, supervise on-site teams, and maximize asset value

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of property management experience.
• Three (3) years in a manager-level role.
• Passion for affordable housing.
