Job summary

Wellvance is hiring a Community Living Support professional in Michigan to help individuals build skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities.

You will teach daily living skills, assist with personal care, and support inclusion and recovery principles while maintaining documentation and working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders is valued.
• Training provided – No Experience Required!

Responsibilities

• Teaching daily living skills like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
• Supporting individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan
• Assisting with community inclusion and social activities
• Advocating for individuals and promoting recovery principles
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following agency guidelines
• Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
