Wellvance seeks a Community Living Support Professional to help individuals build skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities. You will support daily living activities and advocate for recovery, working based on a Person-Centered Plan.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with community inclusion and social activities.
• Teach daily living skills such as meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
• Support individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan and promote recovery principles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency guidelines.
