Job summary

Wellvance (formerly AuSable Valley Community Mental Health Authority) is seeking a Community Living Support Professional for the 3rd shift in Michigan. This full-time, non-exempt position offers a pay rate of $17.13 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assist individuals with daily living skills, support them according to a Person-Centered Plan, and promote recovery while maintaining meticulous documentation and flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedules and travel within service area.
• Valid Michigan driver's license, vehicle insurance and good driving record.
• U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders valued.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals build skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities.
• Support individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan.
• Teach daily living skills like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
• Assist with community inclusion and social activities and advocate for recovery principles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency guidelines.
