Job summary

Wellvance is hiring a Community Living Support Professional to help individuals build skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities. You’ll work based on a Person-Centered Plan, teach daily living skills, and support community inclusion, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong communication, organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel within the service area are essential. U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan.

• Advocate for individuals and promote recovery principles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency guidelines.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel within our service area
• Valid Michigan driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and good driving record
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders is valued
