Job summary

Wellvance seeks a Community Living Support - Substitute to assist individuals with disabilities in their communities. You will teach daily living skills, support independence, and implement Person-Centered Plans.

Travel within service area, valid Michigan driver’s license, and strong communication skills are required. No prior experience is needed—training provided; join a compassionate, inclusive team focused on recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record.
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals based on Person-Centered Plans.
• Teach daily living skills such as meal prep and budgeting.
• Assist with community involvement and social activities.
• Document accurately and follow agency guidelines.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
