Job summary

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree required.
• Admission to the state bar with active status is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a global law firm or ethics/conflicts team.

Responsibilities

• Review conflicts checks and engage with partners to ensure firm policies are followed.
• Assess outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters, and RFPs and advise on responses.
• Provide guidance on engagement letters, conflicts waivers, ethics walls, and firm policies.
