Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts of interest and ethics issues in engagements and matters.
• Review outside counsel guidelines, engagement terms, waivers, and ethics walls.
• Conduct legal research on ethics and professional responsibility topics.
• Deliver trainings on conflicts and ethics to attorneys and staff.
• Support OGC processes, audits, and handling of sensitive information.
