JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 1 for Offsite Manufacturing to provide overall direction for projects, lead the preconstruction team, and manage subcontractors. You will drive schedule, cost, and quality while building strong client and design-team relationships.

You will oversee submittals, cost forecasts, and change management, with a focus on Lean practices and safety. Travel and nontraditional hours may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel or relocate as needed.
• Ability to lead safety and project teams across multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead all aspects of project direction and administration to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage prestart, buyout, subcontracts, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with design teams, owners, and subcontractors on change requests.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and forecasts.
• Ensure safety culture and Lean practices are implemented on site.
