Job summary

McKinstry Thermal Systems, LLC in Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our Offsite Manufacturing division. The role ensures products move from prototype to high-volume production and provides hands-on shop floor support to the production team.

The role drives lean and automation improvements, supports industrialization engineering, and collaborates with the Program Development team to scale new products across facilities, ensuring designs are manufacturable and processes

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/process/industrialization engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of DfMA/DfA, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methods.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication and assembly (sheet metal, welding, piping, HVAC, or electrical).
• Proficiency in CAD/PLM systems (SolidWorks, Revit, DriveWorks, PDM/PLM).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MES or other Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or manufacturing workflow system is preferred.
