McKinstry is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our Offsite Manufacturing division. The role ensures products are designed, built, and scaled efficiently from prototype through high-volume production, providing hands-on shop floor support and driving optimization and lean initiatives across facilities.

The candidate works with industrialization engineering, ensuring manufacturability, modular production, and safe transitions from design to production.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/process/industrialization engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
