Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking an Offsite Construction Project Manager to lead the schedule, cost, and quality across Mesa projects. You will coordinate material buyouts, subcontractor bids, and cost-control reporting while ensuring on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, five years in electrical project management, and proficiency with estimating tools. Travel and long hours may be required, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as electrical project manager.
• BSc/BA in construction management, electrical engineering, or relevant field experience.
• Proficiency with Accubid estimating software.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Project and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, budgets and cost reporting.
• Prepare schedules of values and value engineering notes.
• Coordinate vendor/subcontractor bidding and RFPs.
• Oversee major purchases and procurement activities.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance across projects.
