Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking a Superintendent in Mesa, AZ to lead field operations on industrial electrical projects. You will supervise scheduling, coordination, manpower, and installation of electrical systems on new or existing construction.

You will work with project managers, GC and subs, maintain safety, QA, and deliverables such as RFI responses, field drawings, and close-out documentation. Competitive salary and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Wireman/Technician license required.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and schedule form.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Define scope to project supervisors.
• Manage field team schedules and plans.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and look-aheads.
• Ensure field safety and QA standards.
• Prepare weekly WIP reports with PM.
• Maintain tools, materials, and layout.
