Job summary

Dynalectric Company San Diego is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our onsite projects in the greater San Diego area. You will oversee planning, directing, and coordinating construction activities, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontracts, and support field personnel in coordinating with subcontractors to resolve issues.

The role requires 7–10 years in the electrical industry, a BS in engineering/construction management (MS a plus), and strong document control and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years related experience in electrical industry.
• Bachelor of Science with an engineering or construction management focus preferred; Master’s in related field is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the project’s overall flow effectively from inception to completion.
• Attend walk-throughs; review scope and obtain contract and bid documents; ensure document control.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Inspect projects for compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with foreman regarding project safety and scheduling.
