Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking a Director of Operations - Mission Critical in Mesa, AZ to lead the mission critical division. You will oversee estimates, schedules, cost, quality and staffing for large electrical projects, coordinating field supervision and subcontractors to deliver on-time, within scope and budget.

The role requires deep knowledge of electrical construction, strong leadership, and experience with estimating tools like Accubid and platforms like Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a project manager within the electrical industry
• 10 years of estimating experience in the electrical industry
• BSc/BA in construction management or related discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage project revenue between $5M to $80M with a team of 15-30 employees
• Plan, staff and supervise all division activities
• Participate in estimate close-out and proposal creation; review bid analysis forms
• Guide the WIP reports process for the department and review with PMs
• Assess workloads of PMs, Project Engineers, Coordinators and Admins
• Schedule project kick-off and close-out meetings
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Oversee manpower dispatching and coordination with management
