Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking an experienced Offsite Construction Project Manager to oversee schedule, cost, and quality on Mesa projects. You will coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and bid strategies while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires five years of electrical PM experience, strong Excel/estimating skills, and effective leadership of a multidisciplinary team. Hybrid work with office-based duties in Mesa and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience as electrical project manager.
• BSc/BA in construction management, electrical engineering, or relevant field experience.
• In-depth understanding of electrical construction and materials.
• Proficiency with accubid estimating software
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS word, MS projects & Bluebeam.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Create project budgets and cost codes, and track estimates.
• Develop schedules of values and manage monthly WIP reporting.
• Negotiate vendor/subcontractor bids and manage procurement.
• Coordinate with GC for frontloaded billings and approvals.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety adherence across projects.
• Lead the OSM team and manage HR processes.
• Review drawings and specifications to prepare bid proposals.
• Develop and maintain O&M documentation and as-built drawings.
