Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with an engineering or construction management focus preferred.
• Master’s in related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the project’s overall flow from inception to completion.
• Review scope, estimates, and contract documents for project turnover.
• Coordinate framing, scheduling, and budgeting with field and office teams.
• Ensure document control: insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.
