Job summary

GP Solution is seeking a Warehouse and Operations Coordinator for a UK-based offshore windfarm developer. This role involves coordinating parts, PPE, tools, and consumables, maintaining stock and calibration records, and ensuring safe, efficient mobilisation of the technical team onboard the vessel.

You will interact with the offshore team, back office, and shore fleet, manage waste handling, and perform pre-work briefs and toolbox talks to a high standard. Travel to Germany is required.

Qualifications

• GWO Advanced First Aid, Sea Survival, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness required.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification listed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain procedures for receiving, shipping and tracking parts, consumables, tools and PPE.
• Follow waste management plan for onboard segregation and demobilisation.
• Maintain communication between offshore team, back office and shore fleet.
• Prepare service kits for technicians at WTG.
• Maintain vessel stores to support safe and efficient mobilisation.
• Ensure waste and product return are fully accounted for.
• Allocate parts/tools/consumables to WTG/site in CMMS.
• Deliver toolbox talks and pre-work briefs clearly.
