Job summary

Vestas is seeking an Onshore Warehouse Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY. The role ensures safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse management to support offshore wind service activities, coordinating with Offshore counterparts to prepare materials ahead of offshore execution.

Responsibilities include inventory control, material readiness, and packaging for offshore shipments. SAP proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to travel 10% within the USA/Canada are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control (wind or energy-sector experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Safety Stock concepts, forecasting, and supply chain planning.
• Strong SAP competency or the ability to learn SAP quickly.
• High computer literacy, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with SAP transactions.
• Familiarity with V236 material and tooling requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onshore authority for warehouse readiness, ensuring offshore operations are fully supported with compliant, complete, and available materials, tooling, and consumables.
