Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik USA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage goods receiving, inspection, sorting, storage, and shipping coordination across multiple sites. You will handle claims, paperwork for transfers, maintain warehouse organization, and support onboarding and safety compliance.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong multitasking, data entry skills, a valid driver’s license, and ERP familiarity. Forklift license is a plus; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Capable to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management.
• Necessary data entry and computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Previous experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
• Forklift license is advantageous.
• Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours as project demands dictate.
• Willingness to travel to support our sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a range of warehouse activities including goods receiving, merchandise inspection, sorting and storage.
• Handle claims for missing or damaged items and coordinate shipping to internal sites and customers.
• Generate necessary paperwork for sales and transfers and organize warehouse structure with assigned bin locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, support shipping needs across sites and departments.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and full inventory counts.
• Ensure proper safety equipment usage and onboarding of new team members.
