Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is seeking an Offshore Sales Engineer to accelerate growth in the offshore energy market by building trusted customer relationships and identifying opportunities where our specialist rental solutions create value. The role focuses on driving growth within our Offshore Power, High Pressure Air, Nitrogen Boosters, and Integrated Project Solutions product portfolio.

You will own large projects from win to delivery, support tender bids, and help customers achieve cost

Qualifications

• Commercial, technical or operational offshore energy experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience identifying, developing and closing business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of consultative or technical sales.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and submitting tender bids with the sales team.
• Assist the sales team in complex projects from a technical aspect.
• Work with the sales team to increase offshore market share.
• Take ownership of large scale projects from won to completion.
• Provide technical information to customers as needed.
• Prepare cost estimates from project documents and plans.
• Analyze cost-benefit to propose improvements.
• Explain cost reductions and operations improvements to customers.
• Attend customer meetings to support with technical queries.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying issues and advising actions.
