Job summary

RMI in Houston, TX is seeking an Offshore Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for offshore and field-based positions. You will source, screen, and onboard qualified personnel while navigating certifications, medical requirements, and mobilization timelines.

The role requires offshore industry knowledge, proactive candidate outreach, and collaboration with project managers and operations to keep recruitment moving under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Offshore recruitment experience required or demonstrated.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding.
• Experience handling offshore certifications, medicals, mobilization requirements.
• Strong candidate sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent vacancies and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for offshore and field-based positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively identify quality candidates through outreach, job boards, databases, and social media.
• Build and maintain robust talent pools for offshore projects.
• Screen candidates for experience, certifications, medicals, availability, and mobilization.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and compensation expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a professional experience.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and operations for clear recruitment updates.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
