Job summary

Bazeta is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for U.S. IT requisitions from a remote offshore setup. You will manage candidate sourcing, screening, visa verification, and submission workflows in Zoho RMS, coordinating with account managers and TAS to ensure fast turnarounds.

The role requires 3–5 years in U.S. IT talent acquisition, strong English communication, and deep knowledge of U.S. work visa categories and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of solid experience in U.S. IT Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations (Offshore setup).
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS / RMS), specifically Zoho RMS.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Deep understanding of U.S. work visas, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage pipelines for U.S. IT requisitions across job portals and internal databases.
• Screen candidates and perform initial technical assessments; verify work authorization and visa statuses.
• Prepare, format, and customize candidate submission profiles and ensure RTR agreements and client documentation are complete.
• Upload and maintain candidate records and requisition statuses in Zoho RMS / ATS; generate daily updates and reports.

WE ARE HIRING: Recruitment Management Specialist (RMS) – Offshore Location: Remote (Offshore | U.S. Business Hours Alignment) Experience: 3–5 Years in U.S. IT Recruitment Operations We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Management Specialist (RMS) to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, candidate compliance, and ATS tracking for our U.S. IT requisitions! Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management: • Post open positions and source qualified candidates using major U.S. job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). • Search internal candidate databases, former consultants, and hotlists to maintain an active talent pipeline. Screening & U.S. Visa Verification: • Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening and initial technical assessments. • Verify candidate work authorization and ensure strict compliance with U.S. visa statuses (H-1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD). Submissions & ATS/RMS Management (Zoho): • Prepare, format, and customize high-quality candidate submission profiles and skill summaries. • Secure signed Right to Represent (RTR) agreements and required client compliance documentation. • Upload and manage candidate records, requisition statuses, and daily updates in Zoho RMS / ATS. Account & Operational Support: • Work closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) to ensure fast turnaround times on new job orders. • Track candidate progress across the recruitment lifecycle and generate daily operational reports. Qualifications & Requirements: 3–5 years of solid experience in U.S. IT Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations (Offshore setup). Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS / RMS), specifically Zoho RMS. Strong expertise in candidate sourcing via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
