Job summary

Remote Medical International is seeking an experienced Offshore Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle for offshore and field-based positions, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will identify qualified candidates, assess credentials, certifications, medicals and mobilisation requirements, and collaborate with project teams to deliver timely hires for offshore projects across remote environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in offshore recruitment.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Strong candidate sourcing, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle for offshore and field-based roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source proactively via outreach, job boards, databases and social media.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools for offshore projects.
• Screen candidates for experience, certifications, medicals and mobilisation requirements.
• Conduct interviews to assess suitability and compensation expectations.
• Maintain regular candidate communication and provide a professional experience.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and hiring teams to meet requirements and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support offer preparation, background checks and new-hire documentation.
• Develop relationships with offshore personnel for future assignments.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy and process improvements.
