You will build candidate pipelines, verify qualifications, and coordinate mobilisation to meet client project deadlines.

You will bring strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder-management skills, with knowledge of offshore training and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for offshore roles and schedules.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent vacancies with speed and quality.
• Knowledge of offshore training, certification and mobilization requirements.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle for offshore and field-based roles.
• Source, screen, interview and coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pools and deliver timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assess certifications, medicals and mobilisation readiness.
• Conduct interviews and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and support background checks.
