Qualifications

• Over 10 years of offshore automation project experience.
• Experience with DCS, SIS, FGS and offshore topsides facilities.
• Offshore topsides experience is required.
• PM/Delivery leadership across EPC/automation projects preferred.
• P&L management knowledge and financial accountability.
• Facilitation of workshops and client–facing consulting.
• Excellent communication, analytical and business acumen.
• Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders at multiple client sites.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Autonomous Operations within Offshore O&G across the Americas.
• Align strategic direction, pursue and win work, manage resources and teams.
• Deliver vertical P&L through successful project delivery and operations.
• Build regional multi-discipline delivery teams and continuous improvement culture.
• Drive sales growth and develop integrated Worley Consulting offerings.
• Provide regional pipeline and performance reporting to leadership.
