Worley Consulting Group Americas is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant in Houston, TX, combining safety expertise with project leadership in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will guide Safety Instrumented System projects, develop key safety deliverables, and lead multi-disciplinary teams across Worley offices to deliver client-focused solutions. Strong communication and certification background are essential.

Qualifications

• At least seven years delivering projects focused on functional safety and multi-technology integration.
• Certification in Exida CFSE/CFSP, TUV or comparable functional safety training.
• Bachelor's or master's in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• PM experience with performance improvement and operations focus.
• Facilitating workshops and client discovery meetings for successful work execution.
• Driven, high-energy leader capable of engaging with executives and staff.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and intellectual rigor.
• Willing to travel ~25% and interact across Worley offices.
• Travel and client-facing responsibilities are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIS and functional safety activities across multiple industries.
• Develop SRS, SIF datasheets, SIL verifications, and proof-test procedures.
• Manage and execute projects with delivery teams across Worley offices.
• Collaborate with Worley Consulting and the wider business to offer integrated solutions.
• Assist in sales pursuits, RFP responses, and proposal development.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital enablement in practice operations.
• Travel as required for field programs (approx. 25%).
