New Fortress Energy is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its offshore Fast LNG asset. The role may require occasional work at the Houston Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a Supervisory level or higher.
• 7+ years experience with surveillance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair and reinstatement of oil and gas equipment, preferably LNG or cryogenic facilities.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in a Maintenance discipline.
• Deep knowledge of safety in maintenance execution.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and initial evaluation.
• Familiarity with high availability of power management and electrical devices, process control devices, and fixed/rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of codes and standards for offshore facilities is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety culture and zero-harm initiatives across the maintenance team.
• Lead site leadership and support strategies for safe, reliable, cost-effective operations.
• Develop and implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Procedures and ensure compliance.
• Maintain high equipment availability and reliability for the facility.
• Supervise and mentor a multi-disciplinary maintenance team and coordinat(e) resources and services.
• Prioritize, permit, and execute work orders safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with discipline resources to ensure task understanding, risk awareness, and permitting requirements.
• Assist with spare parts evaluation and selection.
• Support planning and scheduling for efficient use of personnel and resources.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and regulatory requirements.
• Act as on-site lead for turnarounds and outages.
• Support regional facilities and OIM in achieving goals.
• Provide timely reports on performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop annual maintenance budgets and oversee major interventions.
