Job summary

Borr Drilling is seeking an offshore HR coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for offshore personnel and to assist the OIM and Rig Manager with logistics, HR matters, and policy implementation.

The role emphasizes ensuring timely mobilisations, proper certifications, and effective HR administration across offshore crews, with a focus on engagement and compliance in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Valid offshore survival and pre-mobilisation certification (eg BOSIET, MIST, CA-EBS).
• Pursuing CIPD membership or local equivalent.
• Experience in Logistics/Crew management including Visa application processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Proficient using HRIS and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline focus.
• Commitment to Company Management Systems and continuous improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of Company and personnel information.
• Demonstrated employee engagement and stakeholder management.
• Professional attitude in communications across channels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: Monthly reporting on offshore workforce and headcount; invoice verification; maintain personnel files.
• Employee relations and performance management: support OIM and Rig Manager with hires, promotions, demotions, transfers; attend disciplinary hearings.
• General HR: manage leave requests, communicate policies, conduct inductions, provide on-call HR support, assist with recruitment events, offshore visits, crew rota coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Payroll/Benefits administration: payroll for offshore crews; benefits administration for offshore employees.
• Training and competence: verify qualifications and documentation; ensure timely renewal of mandatory certifications and offshore medicals.
• Other: pursue personal development, assist ad hoc projects, mobilise/demobilise personnel, manage visas, arrange meet/greet and hotels, support audits.
