GEV Group Ltd is seeking an Offshore Deputy Supervisor for an offshore Service Operation Vessel (SOV). You will support safe, efficient offshore activities, monitor maintenance targets, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will deputise for the SOV Shift Supervisor, liaise with offshore teams and technical support, and help maintain operational excellence while guiding decision-making offshore.

Formación

• Technically driven with a mature, efficient, and proactive approach to work.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with confidence to make decisions and willingness to seek support when required.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP (ERP) systems.
• Valid GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Collate turbine performance data, identify technical issues from offshore teams, and provide structured feedback to site management
• Monitor and support the achievement of scheduled maintenance targets
• Liaise with technical support teams to resolve offshore technical issues and minimise downtime
• Assist Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams with safety matters, including incident investigations and implementation of solutions
• Support daily offshore operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures
• Deputise for the SOV Shift Supervisor in their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making offshore
