Job summary

Motive Offshore Group is seeking an Equipment Operator for offshore contract work on a global basis. You will commission and operate equipment, communicate with clients and Operations, and ensure operations stay within scope and safety guidelines.

You will join a skilled offshore team, supported by Logistics and project staff across the UK and Europe, with opportunities to work in diverse regions and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with flex lay equipment such as RDS, tensioners, and carousel systems; ensure equipment operated safely and efficiently.
• Hydraulic experience and/or a Mechanical/Engineering Trade.
• Must hold a valid offshore medical certificate per OEUK requirements.
• Offshore certification including OGUK survival or Seaman's health certificate.

Responsibilities

• Adopt and promote Motive Offshore Group People Values.
• Liaise with clients and maintain satisfaction on worksites.
• Attend project briefings and inductions; complete required training.
• Mobilise and demobilise equipment and ensure paperwork is completed.
