Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Project Manager – TI Buildouts in Chicago to lead turnkey interior office projects from planning to closeout. You will drive scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial TI/office construction, a strong grasp of cost control and scheduling, and excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior TI/office buildouts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple TI office buildout projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Plan and coordinate all project phases, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present status reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
