Job summary

LeoForce in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial interior projects from inception to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain high quality and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in interior construction, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, preferably in drywall, acoustical ceilings, or interior construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with PM software such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project quality and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and address challenges or changes in scope.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company policies.
