Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in the Chicago area seeks a Project Manager to own TI Industrial projects from design to completion. You will drive budgets, schedules and client satisfaction, coordinating with design teams and subcontractors to deliver warehouses, distribution centers, and cold storage facilities.

The role requires 2–10 years in construction management or engineering design, BS in a related field, and proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–10 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience around tenant improvement projects in commercial spaces preferred.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Project/Suite and construction software such as Bluebeam or Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients and design team on budgets and concepts.
• Review scope, costs, and value engineering during proposals.
• Manage subcontractor selection and buyout.
• Source materials and equipment to fit budget/schedule.
• Align subcontractor scopes and site logistics with the PM.
• Lead preconstruction meetings to resolve constructability issues.
• Run on-site status meetings and address challenges.
• Track performance vs budget; prepare pay apps and status reports.
