Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Project Manager – TI Buildouts in Chicago to lead turnkey interior office projects from planning to closeout. You will drive scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial TI/office construction, a strong grasp of cost control and scheduling, and excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior TI/office buildouts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple tenant improvement (TI) office buildout projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Plan and coordinate all project phases, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, contractor selection, and procurement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, enforce quality standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior tenant improvement or office buildout construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and build relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).

Preferred Attributes

• PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders within real estate or corporate environments.
• A proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
