Job summary

This permanent, full-time role supports a Manager II and four Senior Managers with letters, reports, and cross-division coordination.

Qualifications

• Typing letters and general correspondence for multiple senior staff.
• Proofread and format correspondence to proper standards.
• Compile reports from licensing system for meetings and binders.

Responsibilities

• Type letters and general correspondence for Senior Managers.
• Compile and prepare Commission meeting binders and updates.
• Track expenditures and personnel changes; maintain unit logs.
• Coordinate information flow between Licensing and other Bureau sections.
