Office Support Administrator

Beacon Title Agency is looking for an administrative professional with outstanding customer service ability, strong computer skills, and attention to detail that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the real estate, legal, banking or financial services space is a plus!

Position Highlights:
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource with customers while receiving and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Locate, track and distribute prior policies as inquiries are received and provide premium quotes as inquiries are received.
  • Complete daily deposit of receivables in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure critical title information is entered accurately and process requests for commitment revisions and policy endorsements with assistance of licensed underwriter.
  • Understand and recognize potential industry risks.
Position Qualifications:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple actions at once
  • Related real estate experience a plus
