Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Full-time Office Supervisor at our Branch in Woolrich, PA. This position will work Tuesday - Saturday with Wednesday and Saturday starting shift at 4am.

AVI Foodsystems seeks a reliable Office Supervisor who can oversee clerical tasks, supervise data entry, manage vendor and customer relationships, and support hiring processes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to delegate and multi-task, while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
• Previous administrative and clerical experience, including office management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor and customer relationships; update contact information as necessary
• Balance and authorize petty cash disbursements
• Supervise data entry to ensure stock, food and pastry orders are entered timely and accurately
• Supervise inter-office mail distribution to field personnel
• Order office supplies
• Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, drug testing, completing new hire paperwork and training new team members
• Greet visitors to the dining hall in a pleasant and informed manner
• Perform other clerical/administrative functions as necessary
• Prepare other miscellaneous reports or subject research as requested
