Freeman Mathis and Gary, LLP is a rapidly growing, national specialty litigation firm seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join our Philadelphia office. The Office Services Coordinator will be assisting in coordinating the firm’s office services which include office vendors, office supplies, and maintenance of shared spaces such as conference rooms, kitchens, and lobbies. This position maintains the Firms exceptional standards for productive office space. The Office Services Coordinator supports the Office Services Supervisor and Administrative Managers.
