Opensity is seeking a Service Specialist to join our team at a client site in Seattle, WA. You will perform mail, copy, reception and hospitality duties, plus floor coordination and basic facilities support to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in customer service, the ability to lift 40 lbs and carry 75 lbs, and the strength to stand or move as needed. Schedule is Mon-Fri with on-site work and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to resolve issues tactfully and maintain composure.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater, and to carry 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality Services: manage conference rooms, kitchens, and supplies; ensure readiness.
• Floor Coordination: maintain copy rooms; stock supplies; delivery of paper.
• Facilities Services: assist with small moves and equipment concerns with client contacts.
