Job summary

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to schedule sales appointments, dispatch our in-field professionals, and follow up on leads to keep the board filled.

This in-office, full-time position offers a $20–$22 per hour pay range, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, paid training, and opportunities to fast-track into management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of customer service in the trades preferred.
• Inside sales or lead generation experience.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in the office daily.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and dispatch in-field sales professionals.
• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to fill the board.
• Contact customers prior to in-home sales presentations.
• Communicate with in-field teams for support.
• Follow up on quotes and relay sale requirements.
• Process completed paperwork and forms.
• Fast-paced role with heavy phone volume and deadlines.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 depending on experience

Schedule: 10:00 am-7:00 pm (mid shift)

Mon-Fri (rotating Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and dispatch our in-field sales professionals.
• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
• Contact customers prior to all in-home sales presentations to communicate expectations.
• Communicate throughout the day with ourin-field sales professionals offering assistance they may need from the branch office.
• Follow up on quotesgiven to customers and communicate any needs they may have in relation to the sale.
• Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms.
• Fast-paced role with heavy phone volume and tight deadlines at times.
• Meet and exceed expected sales targets.

Qualifications

What you will need:

• A High School diploma, or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of Customer Service in the Trades experience preferred
• Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Inside sales or lead generation experience
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
• Ability to work in the office daily
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
