We are seeking a friendly, dependable, motivated, and organized Office / Sales Associate to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, assist with sales activities, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties, including greeting customers/visitors and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate data entry records, including client information, sales transactions, and office documentation in QuickBooks
• Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and courteously
• Handle confidential info with discretion and ensure proper documentation of all communications

Experience

• Previous office experience background is highly preferred but not required
• Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
• Strong computer literacy skills, including data entry and clerical tasks
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in customer support or client communication roles enhances suitability for this position
